Abstract
We can observe biological molecules filled with the asymmetric ratios such as the golden and silver ratios close to 2:3, which are the frequency ratio of two purines to three pyrimidines for constructing DNA and RNA and also the size ratio of purines and pyrimidines. A macroscopic kinetic model extended on the basis of the first principle of thermo-fluid dynamics is proposed in order to clarify the fundamental mechanism stabilizing the asymmetric size ratios in bases.
