The Archives of the Great East Japan Earthquake by the National Diet Library, Japan

Abstract

　The National Diet Library of Japan started the project of building the Archives of the Great East Japan Earthquake to promote universal access to the records and the lessons of the disaster. In this presentation, I would like to introduce details of the activities of the project such as collecting the records of the disaster and developing the archive system.
