Students can study by themselves using computers at the learning commons. Graduate students stay at the learning commons as supporters, called learning advisers. The first author worked as a learning adviser for 2 years. Afterwards I am working at IT center, the unit for preparing and maintaining information technology device in the learning commons. This is a practical report of support for information-related education in the learning commons at Ochanomizu University, based on experience as a user, an adviser, a staff, respectively.
