Present Conditions and Problem of the Digitization of Local Assembly Minutes

Abstract

　With progress of the digitization in the local government, the digitization of minutes of the Local Assembly has been promoted. For example, in the Web site of many metropolis and the prefectures assemblies, we can use the database of past minutes. In this study, it investigates the present conditions of the shown minutes of municipal assemblies of the whole country. Based on these present conditions analysis, it discusses a problem of the digitization of minutes of the Local Assembly.
