Abstract
Recently, the importance of public involvement is increasing because our societies currently face complicated and ongoing social issues. We aim to develop technologies for sharing context between participants of public debate in order to facilitate constructive debate without context gap. To develop technology for sharing context between participants, we present a prototype ontology to expand a Linked Open Dataset called SOCIA (Social Opinions and Concerns for Ideal Argumentation) that we have developed.
