Web of Science and Scopus are well-known services that provide the research community with helpful information, such as research metrics, based on their database of research papers and citations, etc. Another type of academic information infrastructure is built by the research community, aggregating open access research products. Both types of services provide statistics and other information to the community through dashboards in recent years. This paper compared and analyzed six dashboards generated from four major worldwide academic information infrastructures. By classifying the indicators on the dashboards, the characteristics of each service were clarified. Research metrics and open science-related metrics stand out on commercial and academic dashboards, respectively. Also, new indicators were observed on both types of dashboards.
