Narrative study has traditionally been conducted extensively, and research on ghost stories, a genre of stories, has also been conducted on book works. In recent years, ghost stories have been distributed not only as book works but also as web works posted on the Internet. In this study, we conducted a narrative structure analysis focusing on ghost stories posted on the Internet. In addition, by comparing the narrative structure of book ghost stories analyzed in previous study, we clarified the differences in the narrative structure of ghost stories in different media.
