Kanazawa University was selected for the "Advanced Research Infrastructure Sharing Promotion Project" in FY2020. As one of the pillars of the adopted project, we are building the "Kanazawa University Academic Data Management System (ARCADE2)" to enable appropriate management of research data. In particular, the "Kanazawa University Academic Data Management Policy" stipulates that this system will treat not only research data, but also "academic data" including data generated through educational activities at the university. Currently, this system is under trial and several research projects are using it, and improvements are being made based on feedback as appropriate. In this report, we describe the current system, its trial status, and future issues that have emerged from the trial.
