Abstract
In this paper, the reference model to measure and to evaluate the IT management ability is constructed. The composition of this thesis is as follows. First, the trap of a traditional OA research is clarified. Next, the range of "perspective of IT management" that overcomes a previous trap is discussed. Thirdly, the previous work concerning IT capabilities is critically examined, and it takes a general view about the model advocated with this paper at the end.
