The Method of Analysis for Management Organization based on VSM (Viable System Model) of Organizational Cybernetics(General Contribution)

Abstract

At present there is no effective tool to analyze the status measurement of management organization. This paper takes a position as a systems theory approach to capture the organizational perspective, based on Beer's organizational cybernetics theory by VSM (Viable System Model) as a framework to analyze organization. And offer the method of analysis to visualize the aspcts of management organization, newly creating "Organization vector" (the form of organization) to understand the status objectively, for the purpose of a smooth and effective execution of business strategy.
