Status of Exports in the Agriculture and Fishery in Hokkaido, and a Data Analysis of their Effects on the Regional Economy(<Special Issue>The Informatization and Value Adding of Primary Industry)

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze about the current state of export the agricultural and fishery products from statistical data, and about the economic effect by export in a case of "SETCHU-MAI" produced in the Hokkaido-Numata area. In conclusion, it has a lot of effect by the rising export for development of Hokkaido economy. And It's effective to utilize Information Technology in order to see on "Hokkaido export platform (HOP)" to make export increase at every region in Japan.
