Abstract
Osaka Seikei University Faculty of Management have been developing and executing learning program to support cultivating student's self-directive generic skills since latter half of 2010. During the execution, it became apparent that there is a lack of student's self-assessment ability on reflection. Therefore function to support improvement of self-assessment skills has been added to e-portfolio system and also it was decided to adopt peer assessment which is said to be effective in enhancement of objectivity for self-assessment. In this research, we executed additional peer assessment and examined its possibility.
