Abstract
In the organizational field where competing institutional logics exist, individuals often have to engage in the range of activities to create and legitimate personal identities that are supportive of the self-concept. This paper investigates collective identity work of professionals in the institutional pluralism. We identify six mechanisms of collective identity work through the case of traditional house revival.
