In recent years, many firms have started to introduce Enterprise Social Network sites (SNS). In this article, the author discussed about new boundary spanning by using Enterprise SNS. Enterprise SNS enable communication across boundaries. I examined the boundary spanning using Enterprise SNS through interview survey and participant observation．Based on these surveys，I clarified the details of new boundary spanning.
