Abstract

This paper proposes a learning system that implements Case Methods as Business Gaming. In 2004, we proposed a gaming model and a framework to compose business games from the cases of corporate executives’ decision-making. As an example of business games composed with this framework in 2005, we developed a corporate management game called “Brewery Manager” which implements the Case of Asahi Super-Dry. We also conducted experimental games with the Brewery Manager and proved that the players of the game were able to learn the case efficiently. In this paper, we propose an experiential learning model based on the results of the experiments and conduct a report on the development of a learning system that consists of the personal and group learning tools. We also evaluate the learning system based on the results and the analyses of the experimental games.
