Imaging evaluation of two cases of giant cell tumor of tendon sheath in the wrist is reported with emphasis on the scintigraphic findings. Markedly-increased thallium and negative gallium uptakes were noted in both cases and appeared helpful in the diagnosis of this rare condition.
