Fragmentation is core experience in victimization. The victim who once has been integrated individual is broken into peaces in terms of cognitive and emotional system because of simple trauma of victimization. At the same time, most of offenders have not been achieved personality integration because of complicated trauma or child maltreatment. The fragmentation is major disturbance for both of their recovery. The victim offender mediation is one of the effective ways to get their personality integration. In safe circumstance facilitated by the mediator, both victim and offender who talk and hear about their crime experience are helped to reintegrate themselves and to be empowered if their free will to attend the mediation is guaranteed.
