Wellness is a broad concept that encompasses all aspects of lifestyle that enhance the quality of life and design a richer life. The global wellness market, which has seen entries from a variety of fields, will be worth an extremely large $4.4 trillion by 2020, before the spread of the new coronavirus, and the growth of the wellness tourism market, which is a form of travel based on the theme of wellness, is particularly significant, according to various surveys conducted by the International Wellness Organization and other organizations. This review will focus on after-colonics tourism, which is a form of wellness tourism. This review outlines the global market for the wellness industry, which is experiencing growing demand worldwide for after-corona, and describes wellness tourism, which consists of menus that contribute to a good sleep at travel destinations as a new approach to sleep and health, with case examples, while considering trends in the sleep industry market.
