Abstract
When mandibular surgery is conducted, sometimes paresthesia would be occur at the area of lower lip and chin along with the running of inferior alveolar nerve. For treating of those symptpms, the conservative therapy such as administering of drugs or physical therapy would be selected. Of those modarities, low reactive level laser therapy (LLLT) is conducted for the purpose of regeneration or accerelation of peripheral nerve. Because of this modarity is non-invasive, it is useful to treat the genital patient who accompanies with other systemic disease. The irradiated targets are the area of paresthesia or near the stellate ganglion which reveal the effectiveness of LLLT. This paper reports the nervous action and response of LLLT, considering the clinical application to treat the neural diseases in oral region.
