Abstract
Cryosurgery and other new surgical methods are developping.
The purpose of this study is to make-macro and microscopic examination of these new surgical therapies on the tongues of healthy adult dogs in a definite condition.
The therapies are cryosurgery, CO2 LASER surgery, Nd-YAG LASER surgery, ultrasonic aspirator method, bipolar coagulator method, infrared coagulator method.
Immediately after these therapies, we have confirmed the follows; edema in cryosurgical method, carbonization in CO2 LASER method, coagulation and carbonization in Nd-YAG LASER surgery, coagulation in bipolar coagulator method, and coagulation and erosion in infrared coagulator and ultrasonic aspirator methods.
One, two, three, and four weeks after these therapies, we found various changes of each methods.
