Abstract
Although the mechanism of pain reduction and improvement in subjective pain by the laser emission on PM on the same side of painful knee is unknown, we have experienced that the location but on its reflecting points is usually effective. Pain clinic by laser still has some problems, as the selection of emit location, which is dealt with in this report, and the selection of laser wavelength, side and time etc,.
