Abstract
By incomplete ligation of the unilateral renal artery of the rabbit the observation was performed focusing the renal blood flow which is regulated according to the time span from the onset of renal ischemia. The renal circulation at the ischemic state was quite irregularly controlled until 8 hrs from the onset. After that time the blood stream directs principally the juxtamedullary circulation by sacrifying the subcapsular one. The histologic basis for the ischemia of the nephron consists in the axially fibrosis, mesangial edema of the glomerulus and diminishing Altmann's granula and alkaline phosphatase of the tubular epithelium. The experiment of renal ischemia for longer period of time — from 143 hrs on — will be done in further experiment.
