Abstract
The practical problem in the pediatric anesthesia was discussed in this paper.
1. Upper air-way inflammatory syndrom in elective case should be treated prior to surgery by antibiotics and inhalation therapy.
2. Aspiration of gastric contents due to vomiting or regurgitation during anesthesia could be prevented by regulation of preanesthetic feeding.
3. Acid-base and electrolyte balance studies determined with micromethod seemed to be usef ull in management of patients.
4. Relation between the blood loss during surgical procedure and postoperative anemia was studied.
