Simultaneous recording of the apexcardiogram with phonocardiogram and electrocardiogram makes the status of intracardiac phenomenon clear.
Especially, it is important finding that Q-I interval in phonocardiogram can be separated into Q-C interval (electro-mechanical interval and C-I interval, Umformungszeit by Holldack) and I-E interval (Druckanstiegszeit) .
Therefore, a dynamic phase of the so-called isometric contraction is clarfied. Apexcardiogram is usually interpreteted for diastolic pattern in the past. However, using our method, the systolic intracardiac events can be analysed.
C-point and F-dip are newly advocated by us in apexcardiogram.
