Behçet's syndorome is characterized by ulceration of the mouth and the genital mucous membranes, skin rashes and inflammation of the eyes. In 1937, Behçet described originally this disorder as a new disease entity and he believed that this disorder was caused by a focal infections including viruses. The condition usually runs with a chronic but intermittent course and is accompanied in some cases by involvement of the joints, intestinal tract and central nervous system. Because the patient is usually diagnosed first by the ophthalmologist, dermatologist or gynecologist, there is only a few report on the systematic laboratory investigation, especially on that pathogensis. Two cases of Behçet's syndrome were reported and the literatures were reviewed.
