On observation of chest-roentgenogram, foreign body was erroneously diagnosed as existed in the right bronchus in stead of esophagus. Its removal was tried under bronchoscopy without success. Therefore, image-intensifier was use to ascertain its location, combined with bronchoscope. It was clarified that the foreign body existed in the esophagus in lien of bronchus. It was removed easily with forceps under esophagoscopy with roentogenography.
