Abstract
A case of right ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma of 71 year old female which has showed totally calcium deposit was repoted.
The tumor was removed surgically and weighing 530 gm., sized 10 × 7 × 7 cm.
Histopathological findings showed pupillary serous cystadenocarcinoma associated with marked calcium deposit.
The serous cystadenocinoma with marked calcium deposit is extremely rare.
A few relevant literature was reviewed.
