In the course of operations of the organs contained in the pelvis, especially in gynecologic operations, it is anticipated that the urogenital system may be injured by such operations.
The bladder and the lower ureters, among other things, appear to be easily injured by the gynecologic operations.
We have recently noted three cases of bilateral ureteral stenosis resulted from the gynecological operations.
In this connection we have reported our observation of such cases and reviewed published reports on original deseases, first operations thereof, diagnosis, therapies, etc. Of twelve cases similar to the aforementioned three cases noted by us.
