抄録
This is a report on our experience on juvenile gastric cancer occurred in 14-year-old unmarried female. She complained of epigastric pain, anorexia and weightloss. The entire abdomen was flat but there were tenderness and resistence on palpation at the epigastric region. A malignant gastric tumor was observed by X-ray and gastroscopic visualization and its microscopic finding on biopsy was adenocarcinoma anaplastica.
