Abstract
A 27-years old woman, with chief complaints of stomack ache and port wine uria, was admitted to our hospital on Jan. 18 th, 1971. Some tests were performed with her urine. The results were as following. Schwartz-Watson test (++++) . Fischer-Brügch test (++++) . PBG 31.1 mg/l. ALA 23.8 mg/l. Coproporphyrin 359.9μg/l. Uroporphyrin 166.6μg/l.
From these results and her symptomes, she was diagnosed as hepatic porphyria.
