A case of deltoid muscle contructure by which adduction imposibility is recoverd after removal of fibrous scar in muscle is reported and studied documentary. Etiologycaly this contructure is consider to be followed many repeated intramuscural injections for asthma bronchiale, but can not be ascribed to disposition of patient.
