Abstract
Since Wegeler described an appendiceal stone in 1813 at the first time, the calcified f ecaliths occurs more commonly in childhood.
But there are a few reports about appendiceal stone in childhood.
A case of calcified fecalith in 5 years old girl which was diagnosed by preoperative abdominal roentgenogram was reported. and significance of preoperative abdominal roent-genographic examination was stressed.
