Abstract
The clinical and histopathological findings were investigated in a case of Sick Sinus Syndrome (SSS) .
Clinically he showed brady-tachycardia, S-A block, complete A-V block and atrial flutter-fibrillation for 7 months.
Pathologically there was observed the severe fibrosis in the sinus node and junction (sino-inter-nodal tracts) . This pathological findings were seemed to be related, at least in part, to the physical process of aging and also, to His bundle. The advanced fibrosis was recognized at the distal part, branching portion of posterior and anterior left bundle branch.
