Abstract
A 75-year-old man was found to have a mass in the right scrotum durings examination for gastric cancer, and was admitted to our department. Under diagnosis of a right testicular tumor, right high orchiectomy was performed. Histological examination of the tumor indicated an epidermoid cyst of the testis. 116 cases of testicular epidermoid cyst have been reported in the Japanese literature, and are briefly reviewed here.
