SPECT study provides local pulmonary function information. However, the spatial resolution of SPECT is low, and it is difficult to point out local ventilatory impairment. In this study, we propose the registration method for analyzing pulmonary function by using high-resolution CT images. The high quality registration is necessary to know pulmonary function. But the shapes of the lung in CT images are greatly different between inspiration and expiration CT images. Therefore, we performed two phases of registration of global matching and local matching. We created a displacement map using displacement vector. And, we evaluated our method by use of the cases of CT images and SPECT images.
