Biological organisms that must adapt themselves to unpredictable environment have homeostatic feedback system. Almost all diseases including elder trouble may be said that the causes come from the oscillating of inner state. For example the Parkinsonian tremor is caused by decreasing of suppressing signals after pathological perish of dopamine producing cells. The BPSD of dementia comes from the information oscillation that is produced by the failed regulation of sensory input from the outside. We call the situation as mal-feedback symptoms to explain the several intractable elder diseases. New treating methods have been proposed using biofeedback system with peripheral stimulations to the dementia, Parkinsonian tremor, hyperhidrosis and accommodation disorders. Some clinical study showed rather good results with patient' content.
