Abstract
A concept of inter-professional work (IPW) is well-known around health professionals. However, IPW does not effect on business process re-engineering. The situation is caused by poor information environment. Electric Medical Records (EMR) is good at data storage but not enough to share information in short time axes.
Inpatient care required huge heath information, which information is consisted of daily life support in short time axis, and medical procedure in long time axis. Additionally, nursing care is sometime set on unspecified time (e.g. morning). The difference of time axes may confuses work sharing between health professionals. Thus, it is recommended to develop system to share the status of patient and health professionals and support theirs decision to intervene patients.
The purpose of the work is to elucidate basic data to develop future information infrastructure for visualization of Inpatient care.
