Abstract
Electronic medical record or PACS (image storage communication system) is a network of medical and is operated in closed intranet. Private IP addresses are used inside the network. Therefore not connected to the Internet directly, it is general that are connected via a router with firewall and security features. Many people, it can think that the network is safe from being closed, there is a tendency that too trust firewall. Attacks against the network becomes more and more sophisticated, is also increasing cyber attacks, such as targeted attacks APT aimed at specific institutions. Security is not postponed; it is necessary to incorporate the medical device and network utilizing the initial stage. It is necessary to introduce an integrated real-time control system such as IPS or firewall or next-generation high-performance routers. Performed more detected data and log monitoring, it has become the times required the introduction of multiple protection by visualization.
