Abstract
(Introduction)The average human adult male is approximately 60% water by weight. There are various solutions in it. The concentration of solutions in human are strictly controlled. Moreover, they are important parameter in diagnosis and treatment. However there are few continuous quantitative measurement methods. (Purpose)So we try to make useful electrical measurement system clinically for human body with an advantage of continuous measurement.(Method)We applied the alternating voltage (5[Vp-p]) not to cause macro-shock, we measured voltage by frequency 0 - 20[MHz] in vitro. Moreover, we measured the many electric specification of solution of electrolyte and protein. We measured quantitativity electrical specification (impedance and phase).(Results)The human impedances of body decrease at the point from 1MHz approximately monotonically. Our results (electrolytic solution and protein solutions) are almost same tendency. This was a good proof of our experimental measurement.(Conclusion)We could lead electro new physiological model by this different tendency of the electrical specification in this study. We try to evaluate the moving solution behavior in tissue.
