One of the mechanisms of lethal arrhythmias such as ventricular fibrillation is a premature ventricular contraction (PVC). However, it is not easy to detect the location of the PVC. In this study, we developed a system to convert 12-lead ECG to vector ECG for establishing a method to determine the location of the PVC. We analysed ECGs in students with normal ECG and patients with implanted pacemaker. Figures show relationships between a direction of the maximum QRS loop (open) and T loop (closed) on frontal and horizontal plane. Plots are clearly classified between students (A) and patients (B). Our results showed a possibility to be able to provide further information for localizing PVC from 12-lead ECG.
