Abstract

Recently, people who are interested in posture are increasing. However, it is difficult to keep good posture for long time. Therefore, in this research, we reveal the effect of difference posture on postural muscle by using EMG measurement from the point of view on the standing posture and the sitting posture The subject keep standing posture and sitting posture instructed to be done at random for 30 seconds, and we measured EMG at that time. As the results, the EMGs of the good posture were larger than the natural posture. In addition, there are many people who are biased toward either the left or the right compared with the left and right EMG. Therefore, since each way of using muscle is different for each person, in order to maintain a good posture for a long time, it is necessary to accurately judge which line should be trained.
