Last year, in September 2020, the "Low Power Medical Telemetry Device Usage Regulations" established by the Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association (JEITA) was revised for the first time in about 18 years, and AE-5201B was published. This Usage Regulations defines rules for the purpose of not causing problems in using Low Power Medical Telemetry Devices from multiple manufacturers at the same time in hospitals. The main purpose of this revision is to lower the order of using channels in the 3000 series, where interference with Telemeter / Telecontrol is a problem. Also, in order to disseminate the latest technical information and to make it consistent with the "Guide for Safe and Secure Use of Radio Waves in Medical Institutions" published by Electromagnetic Compatibility Conference Japan (EMCC) on April 4, 2016 in addition, a part was revised.
