Abstract

In this study, we evaluated the eardrum temperature, heart rate variability, and reaction time of hand and foot in elderly people using VR of amusement park attractions. As a result of PVT, the reaction time of the hand was significantly faster after the swing ride (P = 0.023). In addition, the reaction time of the foot was significantly faster after the rotating cart (P = 0.034).As a result of SSQ, roller coaster, swing ride, and rotating cart tended to be Nausea in that order (P = 0.084).There was a significant difference in the time phase change in eardrum temperature (P = 0.008).The eardrum temperature of the roller coaster changed drastically, and the eardrum temperature of the swing ride gradually increased. No significant changes were observed in the rotating cart.
