Abstract
It is necessary that cuts down and does absorbing nitrogen and phosphorus to which be a contributor of the eutrophication growing plant in order to obtain the sufficient effect of the water purification of reeds. However, there is no the effective utilization, when it is utilized for the fertilizer of the ume garden after the mowing in the part. Therefore, reed and the waterchestnut which large flourishes in Mikata Lake are caught as a biomass resource, and the possibility of the new effective utilization is ensured, and the water purification of lakes and marshes is promoted. As a result of component analysis of the reed waterchestnut, the proportion of cellulose quantity for the dry weight was 20.0% in the reed in 37.1% and waterchestnut. And, LC/MS analysis of the glucose using the solid phase extraction pretreatment was established, and in the sulfuric acid hydrolysis of the reed, the condition in which the glucose formation became a maximum was established.
