Abstract
A starting material was selected from a fraction of enriched plastic part from the ASR recycling process which was treated an advantageous size for the fluidized gravity separation. Because it was containing with EPDM in the target specific gravity region, the wind selection and the rubber selection process was installed as a pretreatment process before the fluidized gravity separation process. The PP purity of the separated part was 89%( PP+PE96%) and its recovery percentage was 41%. The separated part was added with additives and it was mixed with virgin PP by 20%. The material was molded to produce an auto parts that it was confirmed to obtain a product almost equal to original goods with a problem through the stopped up frequency of the screen mesh changing. However, it is necessary to work on a further purity improvement for the improvement of the resin of the loss reduction and productivity.
