Detailed chemical analysis and evaluation of bio-diesel fuels in second generation bio-diesel fuel technology

Abstract

This presentation shows detailed chemical analysis and evaluation of second generation bio-diesel fuel. The project is designed to produce a high-quality biodiesel fuel by combining the catalytic cracking technology and hydrogenation process from waste cooking oil. The combination of hydrogenation also improved the oxidation stability of the produced oil, which resulted in a biodiesel fuel almost equal to light oil in quality.
