Abstract

Sea landfill of industrial waste landfill last stage, have increased day-to-day land of the area. In the future, the water of reduction together with, the quality of the surplus water to be held there is a concern that deterioration. From landfill is the land part, we think the chloride ion is readily solution material is eluted by rain. By increasing the chloride ion concentration in the leaching water is needed is a potential hindrance measures in performing waste water treatment and landfill management. In particular incineration residue, which is landfilled is a rich chloride ions, is considered to reduce the chloride ion concentration in the leaching water is necessary to examine the landfill method. In this paper, the high chloride ion-containing waste, and a prototype landfill structure that is coated with a water permeability of different waste, was examined for leaching water and the water quality in the actual rainfall. The results, although difficult rainwater exclusion in coating with waste, it found that there is a reduction to the time effect of the delay
of the elution of the elution peak volume as an effect of the coating.
