Abstract
A system for the blood flow simulation based on MRI medical image is developed. The structure of the blood vessel is extracted after noise removel. The numerical simulation adapts IDO (Interpolated Differential Operator) scheme, and the Cut-Cell method is introduced for complex boundaries. Preliminary results show that the scheme is effective for real vessel structure and applicable to the simulation for interaction between blood flow and vessel.
