Abstract
Based on equilibrium molecular dynamics simulation data, we developed a new method of lattice vibration analysis with wavelet transformation technique. This is usefule for estimating the lifetime and the mean free path depending on vibration modes, frequencies, and wave lengths, from which thermal conductivity is evaluated.
