Abstract
Lowering of morale leads to a decrease in the success rate of the project. In order to run a successful project, raising the morale is important. Result of Hawthorne experiment, work efficiency was led may depend largely on the sense of purpose and human relations. Thus, by the target consciousness and human relations in the workplace, as well as motivation of workers, morale of the entire workshop was improved. Morale has an influence on the sense of belonging and human relations in the workplace. However, there are few research findings about the motivation fall by the human relations of a workplace. Thus, this research proposes the investigation and its countermeasure against this motivation fall factor. This contributes to the improvement in a success rate of a project.
